Product quality guarantee. Separately, we guarantee that every bottle reaches you sealed, within its best-before date, and matching the label. If it does not, we replace it or refund it.
If we confirm any of these, we replace the affected bottles at no cost or refund what you paid for them, at your choice.
If you added the optional extended warranty at checkout, it extends the product quality guarantee above to 4 years from delivery for the bottles on that order, on the same terms. It does not extend the best-before date printed on the bottle, and it does not extend the 90-day money-back window.
Email info@zavolab.com with your order number, the batch code and best-before date printed on the bottle, a description of the problem, and photos. We aim to tell you the outcome within 2 business days of receiving what we need, and we may ask you to return the bottle.
This guarantee is in addition to the rights you have under consumer law and does not replace them.
