The subscription is optional. On the checkout page you choose between a one-time order and auto-refill. With a one-time order you are charged once and nothing else is ever billed to you.
If you switch on auto-refill, a refill of the package you selected ships automatically every 28 days and is charged to the same payment method on the day it ships, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, with no fee.
The Zavo subscription is an automatic-renewal (continuous service) program for Zavo Moringa Gummies. Each bottle contains 30 gummies, a 30-day supply at one gummy a day. Your first package ships immediately after your order; after that a refill of the same package ships on a recurring basis until you cancel.

The prices above are the current ones; the prices that apply to your order are those displayed at checkout when you place it and repeated in your order confirmation email. We do not change your recurring price without emailing you first, and a change applies only to shipments after that notice.
Your order confirmation states that you enrolled in auto-refill, the recurring amount, the frequency, and how to cancel. We also email you before an upcoming charge.
Email info@zavolab.com with your order number and the words "Cancel Zavo subscription", or reply to your order confirmation email. Send it at least 1 business day before the next shipment date and no further charges are made. We process cancellations within 2 business days and confirm by email. You can also ask us to pause, change the frequency, or change the package size instead of cancelling.

If a recurring charge is declined we may retry it and will notify you by email. We do not ship a refill until its payment is completed. If payment cannot be completed the subscription is suspended and no further attempts are made.
