You receive an order confirmation by email and a tracking link once the carrier scans the parcel, by email or by text if you opted in. Tracking can take a day or two to start updating.
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it once you confirm the correct address; a reshipping fee may apply. Email info@zavolab.com as soon as you spot a mistake and we will correct it if the order has not shipped.
