Shipping Protection is optional and costs $13.97 per order. It is not ticked by default: you add it yourself at checkout and can remove it before you pay.
If you also choose auto-refill, Shipping Protection is included in each refill and adds $13.97 to every recurring charge for as long as you keep both. Remove it and your refill is $13.97 lower. See the Subscription & Recurring Billing Terms.
This is not insurance. It is a service we provide directly: if a covered shipping problem happens, we reship or refund the affected items.

If the claim is approved we either reship the affected items once at no additional cost, or refund the price you paid for them. We tell you which within 2 business days of receiving everything we need.
Your order is still covered by your consumer rights and by our 90-day money-back guarantee (Refund & Return Policy), and we will still help you chase a carrier problem. Shipping Protection simply lets us reship or refund a shipping loss straight away.
Shipping Protection is sold and billed by Copyhero LLC dba Zavo together with your order. Payments are processed by Tradone Limited (Hong Kong), which may appear on your card statement.
